Caitlin Clark, Fever Finish Season Strong

Fever Win Two against Sky, Clark Continues to Dominate

If you've heard this before, then you know what to expect: Caitlin Clark hits a big three, and the game is all but over. Clark's three with 3:06 to play gave Indiana an 84-77 lead, and the Fever held on to win 91-83 over the Chicago Sky. It was Indiana's second straight win against its Midwest rival and the first time this season the Fever have won two straight games.

It's been just over two weeks since Clark and the Fever eked out a one-point victory in an exciting first matchup against the Sky. In that game, Clark scored 27 points and hit the game-winning shot with just seconds remaining. This time around, Clark was even more dominant, finishing with 23 points, nine assists, and eight rebounds.

The Fever's victory was a total team effort. Victoria Vivians added 17 points, while Aaliyah Boston had 16 points and 11 rebounds. Breanna Stewart also had a solid game with 14 points and seven rebounds.

The Sky were led by Kahleah Copper, who had 25 points and nine rebounds. Courtney Vandersloot added 18 points and seven assists, while Emma Meesseman had 16 points.

The Fever improved to 10-12 with the win, while the Sky fell to 9-13. Indiana will be back in action on Tuesday when they host the Dallas Wings. The Sky will be back in action on Wednesday when they host the Connecticut Sun.
